Data is used to respond to your requests and to provide our real estate services.

Processing is based on consent and on the performance of pre-contractual measures. Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and in line with legal obligations.

Service providers

Three providers keep this site running, each limited to the role shown:

Vercel — hosting: serves the site’s pages and images.
Supabase — database and file storage: holds the listings, the editorial content and the photographs, and receives the data you send through the forms. Its servers are in the European Union (Ireland).
OpenFreeMap — map tiles: requested directly by your browser when you open a page with a map.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you may at any time access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Write to admin@missflorenceimmobiliare.com.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses no analytics, profiling or advertising cookies, and sets no third-party cookies, which is why there is no consent banner. Cookies are set only when an administrator signs in to the reserved area, to keep that session active.

A few preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to us: the light/dark theme and the list of properties you mark as saved. They stay on your device and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Maps are provided by OpenFreeMap: to display them your browser connects directly to their servers, which therefore receive your IP address. If you do not open a page with a map, no such connection is made.
